Siremar’s fleet of 18 vessels comprises both modern hydrofoils and large ferries, which are used for the longer routes. The biggest ship, Isola di Stromboli, is able to carry up to 802 passengers with a top speed of 33 knots, offering a fast and enjoyable journey.
All of their ferries boast comfortable seating with full air-conditioning as standard too. They can hold a great number of vehicles ranging from motorcycles and cars to campervans and trucks, making it even easier to travel around some of Italy’s most popular islands.
You are allowed to travel with animals on Siremar’s ferries as well, but unless you're travelling with guide dogs, you must stand in the allocated reserved areas or use the kennels provided.
