Cebu Port is the largest domestic port in the Philippines; situated on the east coast it borders the Mactan Channel, a narrow strait between Cebu and the Mactan Islands. Cebu Port belongs in Cebu City, the oldest city of the Philippines and the country’s first capital. Being a purely domestic port, Cebu Port only serves to other islands belonging to the Philippines. Each ferry route runs around one or two times per day, typically leaving in the early morning and lasting for around two hours. Iligan City Port is found on the northern coast of the island of Mindinao, the southernmost of the many islands which comprise the Philippines.
