Depending on the operator, ticket type and route, you may be able to amend passenger information, change travel dates or times, or cancel your booking altogether. Whether you can amend or cancel your booking depends on the type of ticket you purchased and the terms set by the ferry operator at the time of booking. Not all tickets are amendable or refundable.
To find out your options, log in to My Account by using your email address and booking reference number, which can be found at the top of your booking confirmation email. Your available options will be clearly shown within your booking details.

If the Amend booking button appears greyed out, your ticket type does not allow amendments online. Similarly, if no cancellation option is available, your fare may be non-refundable. In either scenario, it is worth contacting the Direct Ferries customer service team to explore your options.
