"Lovely experience. IF you've printed your own ticket "

Was a nice welcome to port, and advised to go to office to get a ticket printed.. and yes it does say this on the email confirmation. Once in the office we were presented with a sour face irritable little man who didn't graspe that the last thing a normal person does when on holiday is pack his PRINTER... which is why I didn't have a printed ticket... he was thoroughly snotty with me, condescending, couldn't bear to look at us even. Apart from that the sailings and other staff were great... I'm assuming the company will be able to work out who I'm talking about if not please contact em and I'll give more details. In the meantime for holiday makers, ( the vast majority of customers on that day ) perhaps provide a printer in your office we can use on the day as very few people, in fact none will have access to printers while on THEIR HOLIDAYS!!!!
