  ferry and Caledonian mcbrae wonderful but will never book through direct ferries again but direct with Caledonian mcbrae.arriving at kennacraig seems needed print out of booking or to e.mail Caledonian mcbrae booking details.spent a stressful time trying to send booking e.mail on sporadic .poor internet connection.assumed direct ferries had sorted all this when I booked and I only needed booking number.a very stressful start to a relaxing holiday

  I am disabled and found the attention given to my needs ,thoughtful and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. All in all a very good experience.
