The facilities were good, the ferry was clean, staff not all clued up . Ferry was on time, However....., the restaurant was a big let down, we decided to have breakfast in the restaurant, we had to wait 10 mins for bacon to be brought out, then fresh cooked eggs brought out it was all cold, toast cold, we were in restaurant for 1 hour and 15 mins, we decided not to complain to restaurant manager as we did not want another breakfast, when we came out and paid i told the girl at the till that our breakfast was cold she said she did not know what we should do about that, we went to the information desk to suggest that things should be done differently in the restaurant. We were told that she did not want to know and we should have complained to the manager of the restaurant, she appeared stressed and rude. She gave me a questionnaire to fill in. This will not solve the cold breakfast, we would have got better value in the self service restaurant, the ferry do not take complaints or criticism very well. It will not stop us using the ferry again but we would not use the expensive and poor value for money restaurant again.
