Operated by Viking Line on the Turku Stockholm, Turku Langnas & Langnas Stockholm routes
The flagship Viking Grace is the greenest and quietest ship on the Baltic Sea. Viking Grace can carry around 2800 passengers, has space for around 500 cars and features around 880 cabins.
All cabins are equipped with shower, wc and alarm.
Viking Grace features 7 exciting restaurants and bars offering a wide variety of food, drink and snacks. The total number of seats in all the restaurants onboard exceeds 2000.
Viking Grace's magnificent spa area is located on the top deck of the ship. With 2 large Jacuzzi with an open view of the beautiful archipelago there really is no better place to relax onboard. After the soft heat of the sauna, you can cool down in a snow cave where the temperature is constantly below zero. The Spa offers a variety of treatments which are performed using Italian comfort zone ecological products. There are also two VIP rooms with a sauna and a Jacuzzi with a bar that serves champagne and light snacks.
Please Note: Whilst we have taken great care in making our Viking Grace guide as accurate as possible, onboard facilities, services and entertainment may vary depending on the date and time of year that you travel, facilities mentioned may change without notification and ferry companies reserve the right to operate vessels other than those mentioned at time of booking without prior notification.

"Very smooth"
Very smooth embarkation and disembarkation. Top marks to Viking for the free upgrade when our 2 berth cabin was too small for 2 adults and my guide dog. Those small cabins are not " pet friendly " as advertised but otherwise superb facilities.
"Fab ferry trip"
Absolutely fabulois trip through the Islands. The ship was excellent. One of our top 3 ferry trips anywhere in the world.
"Bad customer service"
That it takes you so long to figure out if i can change my car to antoher and dosent give me a an answer 12 hours before the ships is about to sail is so bad! I will never use this company again
"Great experience"
👍🏻👏🏻
"Excellent"
Like travelling on a cruise liner.
"travel with dogs"
In general the ferry trip was pleasant. I was travelling with a puppy and the staff and everyone else was very kind and helpful. It is good there is a dog toilet. However, I strongly recommend Viking Lines to clean it between cruises. There was not only one, but two dog poop when we boarded the ferry. It does not have to look like that, also dogs appreciate a clean toilet. I hope for a nicer dog toilet next time. Thank you!
"Everything excellent except the WiFi"
Only disappointing this was the (lack of) WiFi. Didn’t seem to work all voyage.
"Perfect trip from Finland to Sweden"
Everything on our overnight ferry trip went extremely well. The ship was huge, beautiful, elegant and super-clean. It was the Viking Grace. We arrived perfectly on time and all services both at departure and arrival were perfect.

"Fantastic"
Fantastic trip on an incredible ship, the ship was very quiet, and not over crowded considering the time of the year. Very comfortable voyage, calm waters helped. The ship was high quality and clean. Thanks to the robotic window cleaners, the views were amazing!
"beautiful experience"
Nice experience. Some customers were very rude and drunk but this may happen.
"Good, easy, entertaining experience "
Cabin was larger than expected and everything included, neat & clean. Made the trip so relaxing to be able to leave my bags and come back to. Ship is modern with good facilities and entertainment. Would recommend
"Excellent experience with Viking"
The trip from Turku to Stockholm exceeded our expectations in all aspects. I highly recommend it!
"Nice trip"
The quality of the ferry in comparison with the price is amazing. The ship has lots of services and is very comfortable.
"Excellent experience"
Great
"Cleaning of the ship"
Thank you for your service. The ferry from Stockholm to Turku was nice and comfortable. However, we didn't find the ferry from Turku to Stockholm so clean and nice; we didn't have TV at our cabin and also the window of our cabin was not clean and couldn't provide us with a nice view. Thanks and hope to find this review constructive for Viking Line! Best,
"Very Nice experience"
Very nice , confortabile double bed cabin, clean bathroom, low noise ferryboat, amazing views, good shrimp salad at the " sweet and salty cafeteria"
"Staff error cost us wasted time"
When we boarded the Viking Grace at Stockholm to sail to Mariehamn we were given correct tickets by the staff member at the check-in kiosk. She also gave us a yellow card for our car windscreen, marked with the letter T. We followed ship crew directions when parking on board. When we arrived at Mariehamn we were unable to leave the ship as we were on the wrong car deck! The T on the card for our windscreen stood for Turku, Finland. We did not know the ship continued after Mariehamn. As a result we had to stay on the ferry while it sailed to Turku, and then back to Langlas on Aland, a port near Mariehamn. After some initial confusion the staff on board looked after us, giving us two cabins (after we requested them) and enabling us to have two meals each from the buffet. But we stayed on the boat for an additional ten hours and reached our holiday house at 2-30am the following morning! The problem was an error by on-shore staff, not on-board staff. The ship itself was excellent and the buffet meals very good indeed.
"Great for families "
This is the second summer in a row that we have travelled with the Viking Grace to or from Finland. The ship is very clean and modern, with great facilities. In particular, the kids like the play area a lot. We had a cabin with a window and a beautiful view of the archipelago. We considered using the spa / sauna but decided to leave this for next time. Overall we can definitely recommend Viking. (We took Silja Galaxy on the way in and it was also quite good, though we like the food selection on Viking better). The only (small) points are that they wake you up very early by opening your door (not a nice way to wake up!) and they could have more vegetarian options to eat.
"through the blue"
viking line takes you rhrough the beautiful baltic sea. the service is very good, the stuff friendly only the loud aggressive music in the shop is annoying.
"Amazing first time!"
It was my first time travelling from Stockholm to Turku. I paid 30€ for a cabin which had TV, two beds and my own shower and bathroom. Great selection of restaurants and duty free store Will definitely use it again at some point
"Stockholm-Turku "
Very nice trip! I liked the ship. For every taste! Still: a lot of plastic cups, a lot of trash. Why not charge for the cups so people reuse them? smoking should be allowed only on areas in the inside, ore even more ashtrays, some people still throw there cigarettes anywhere. I liked the journey very much, the facilities, and the staff very friendly and competent.
"Nice trip"
We eat by restaurant à la carte Oscar. Very nice expérience.
"A really enjoyable trip "
Really loved the boat - food was excellent, scenery great. price is amazing. Thoroughly recommend
"Viking line stockholm-turku"
The ferry was two hours late with no explanation in English. The food kiosk was closed at the terminal which was highly unsatisfactory during such a long wait for a very early morning ferry. The kiosk looked poorly stocked and the vending machine did not work. There was nowhere to get a coffee or drink of water. I would expect complentary food and drink as a minimal compensation for the long wait. The automatic check in was also not available. The facilities and food on the boat was excellent although the buffet was steeply priced at €36. The deck furniture was excellent including the free use of blankets. Great access to deck views. Children's provision was varied and fun. Good range and prices in shopping centre. Clean and spacious. The economy double bed ensuite cabin was spotless and well equipped.
"Back on the Viking ferry again!"
This is my twice annually recurring trip between Åbo (Turku) and Mariehamn. A view of the wide sea, comfortable seats, good food and friendlypersonnel.
"Great experience "
The route is wonderful and well worth it to take it during the day if you can as the sights are really great.
"My first trip with Viking Line"
Overall, everything was fantastic and I had an excellent time on the ship. The room was great and clean, the entertainment was good, drinks reasonably priced as was most of the food. My only complaint is the price of the buffets. YIKES. The breakfast was too over-priced but the lunch and dinner were outrageous. I did not partake in either lunch or dinner, just breakfast, simply because of the cost. If they were less, I probably would have had at least one of the two on each journey. But, other than that, Thumbs Up all around. Thanks!!!!
"Good journey ever"
It's amazing to spend a night on Direct Ferries from Finland to Sweden
"wonderfull experience"
Very interesting experience for me and my family.
"Fabulous Ferry, we'll organised and instructions clear"
A great ferry ride. Comfortable, good food, fantastic scenery. Day time recommended. Viking line was better organised for embarking and disembarking than St. PETER line.
"It was like living a dream!"
So I had travelled short distances by ferries - more like boats when compared to the Viking Grace, until I got on the ferry at Stockholm for Turku. I was like a small child in a candy shop. Seeing as it was my first time on a ship so big I didn't know what to expect but I had no complaints from the beginning to the end (12 hours). Check in was swift, and staff helpful and courteous. I travelled during the day and therefore, I didn't feel the need to book myself a cabin. It was a beautiful day anyway - warm, bright and sunny. I spent most of my time outside on the deck. I was able to stow my rucksack in a luggage room that was kept locked for most part of my journey. The all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast had plenty of options to choose from including local delicacies. Cocktails at Rockamore Bar weren't expensive and lunch at Sweet and Salty Café was recommendable. I'd defo love to travel again on the Viking Grace :-D
"My Vikingline ferry journey "
Arriving in Stockholm I was encourage by the Viking ferry's staff, Considering that I can only speak little Finnish their welcoming and hospitality was warn and helpful My two berth on-sweet Cabin was clean, with a TV (with lots of live sports channels) and a free Wifi service WOW! The ferry was clean and the MANY onboard forms of musical entertainment was fantastic, There were skilful and talented musicians to suit all ages. ( I enjoyed every performance) The ferry journey was smooth to and from Turku And the various island scenery was fantastic But Overall what fascinated me most was the cost I travelled from the UK port of Dover to Dunkirk, Ranka ( France) with just my car and nothing else, no form of entertainment or cabin and the cost was 138 pounds at discount price I drove to Stockholm, taking Viking line with my car, a two berth cabin and all of the said above entertainment. beautiful views etc and yet my return cost was 96 euros (91 pounds) That is why, to o me I will always travel with Viking Line ferries every time I take my twice annual trip to Soumi- Finland
"Great crossing"
Ship was really high standard. Lovely cabin and excellent facilities on board. Simple and prompt embarkation and debarkation
"Excellent "
