  • "Excellent"

Excellent ferry company. The staff was very responsive and helpful whenever we add any question. Trip went exactly as planned. We were asked to arrive 1H early at the ferry terminal and this was correct in terms of border crossing, security and boarding.

  • "Very efficient service"

Leaving Busan, South Korea, to go by hydrofoil to Hakata (Fukuoka) in Japan is very straightforward but leave plenty of time for all the processes. It is more like being in an airport. Staff were very helpful. The ferry is very efficient, clean and fast. The reclining seats are comfortable.there is a small selection of snacks and drinks available to buy on board. Arriving in Hakata (Fukuoka), the immigration process is easy and staff efficient. The people at the information kiosk were also helpful, helping us to ring our Japanese host.
