We recently travelled on the ferry from serangan to gili t and we could not believe how well we were treated. Firstly, we got picked up from our hotel for free, we then sat in a cute cafe at the ferry depot whilst we waited for others to arrive ( sickness tablets were handed out during this time). We then were escorted to the boat which was emaculate and were given mints and a safety demonstration. The trip was smooth and totally worth the money. Also note that the service was the same on the way back and we were taken all the way to ubud free of charge!Read More Read Less
