"Bon voyage!"
It was a great voyage, comfortable and pleasant in every way! Thank you!
"Perfect answer for Mallorca to Ibiza"
This was a great answer for our trip
"Great trip"
This is a very smooth journey , very enjoyable , time passes so quickly and no hassle. Will definately be using again
"Excellent service!"
An easy journey from start to finish. Punctual service. The ship was amazing with plenty of facilities to keep everyone amused.
"chaotic return"
No matter if you bought the ticket for a particular day and a particular time with Balearia, Acciona, FRS or any other company. When you arrived to Tangier Med, neither schedule nor shipping companies are respected, everybody has to queue in the same single line to wait a ferry to board. Among customs formalities and waiting time took over three hours. After sailing, dock in Algeciras port (which is not the third world) two ferries almost at the same time and disembarked approximately 500 cars with 2,000 people on board, spanish authorities competent (or incompetent?) only habilite to enter the European Union four customs control, so it takes two hours to go through passport control. I do not think it can be organize an operation worst Crossing the Strait in worst way.
"baleria - algeriras to tangier med"
1.ferry was delayed by an hour. 2.very little information was given by staff who didn't speak any English. 3.email sent by direct ferries was not accepted by staff who eventually issued a ticket!!
"ferry"
good ferry and you can also travel with your car. Maybe the prices are not low, I spent €80 from Palma to Ibiza, but if you can't find a cheap flight, it's a good alternative
"comentary about last travel from Tanger to algeciras"
It was very satisfactory travel with Balearia from Algeciras to tanger, the ferry in good condition above all the one on the return very comfortable, clean and fast. The only negative thing was the delay.Anyway my valuation is positive for the crew very kind and professional.
"Great"
I recommend the crossing of the Strait with Balearia. The ferry is very comfortable and with very good amenities and the staff very friendly.
"Great trip to Ibiza"
We live in Andalucía and decided to take a holiday in Ibiza, taking our own vehicle. The whole ferry experience was well managed, from boarding, to the service in the bars and restaurants, to disembarking. The pool bar during the day is a fantastic place to sit and read and have a drink and some freshly-grilled food. If the crossing is in the evening there are lots of places to sit with comfortable allocated seating or tables in the cafes and bars. It beats flying, anyway. We'll be doing it again.
"Journey Dénia - Ibiza July 17, 2014"
Hello, The trip was good, punctual, agreeable. We ate well in the restaurant (though to pay with the card we had to wait to arrive to Ibiza because the machine did not have signal). The port in Dénia was easy to find and the issuance of the tickets was agile. The port in addition is modern and comfortable. The toilets at the end of the trip were unusable. The only difficulty that we had was that our vehicle was completely surrounded with huge trucks and getting there was an frightening experience and (I think) dangerous. We had to walk among enormous trucks that curiously has turned on already their diesel engines before the doors were opened. I think many of them were carrying fresh food and needed it to refrigerate them. Otherwise, I do not understand how it could be possible. Thanks. Greetings, Luis Schroeder
"Trip to Ibiza"
Good prices, comfortable.
"Comments"
The boarding of the cars is very quick. The crossing is perfect. We didn't try the food.
"Denia-Mallorca Return Ferry Trip with Balearia"
On time, modern ship with good facilities. The small restaurant (as opposed to the cafeteria) well worth the additional investment!
"Good Trip"
We had a good trip between Mallorca and Ibiza on Balearia. The ship was comfortable and very easy to find, board and be seated. Lots of facilities on board to keep you occupied. Staff were friendly and helpful and the ferry was on time for departure and arrival. Would much rather this than air travel.
"A journey between PALMA and IBIZA"
A beautiful journey, a splendid boat
"Great way to get from Ibiza to Spain"
This was a very enjoyable trip, the ferry has a small open air pool and bar with music playing, the sun was shining and the vodka and oranges were going down well. The ferry left on time and got to Denia on time. Google earth gives the impression it leaves from same place at Formentera ferry but it does not, so check first or get taxi as I did.
"The service is improving"
It was a long time i didn't travel with ferry to Peninsula due to the bad condition of the service plus the mistreatment of employees. Now it seemed that both are considerably improved .Only is not working the punctuality due to the vans's boarding.
"crossing"
The seat of Neptuno's class are very confortable. The crew is nice but the air conditioning is a bit instable and the television too loud ,but for other highly recommended.
"Boat journey Denia-Ibiza"
We indeed went to Ibiza and back on the Alhucemas. Firstly: our experience with DirectFerries was fine! The ship was old but our stay on board was fine. Our only remark is that the slow boat takes 3.5 hours, whereas the fast boat onbly takes 2. Arrival and departure times are correct. It's possible to have a meal and use WiFi (extra charge) aboard. Boarding and disembarking takes some time. The complete experience, also to Mallorca on a fast boat before, is fine!
"Perfect trip "
Perfect trip .
"Palma-denia-pala journey "
I loved it. It'd been a long time since I did this route and it was spectacular. I wouls only add that the users are not very civic and they don't follow the cleaning norms.
"Easy booking and no stress involved!"
I was surprised that the price was cheaper than booking direct with Balearia, so was a little suspicious. No need to be though. The process was easy and I printed my voucher which I exchanged at the Port when I arrived. I will definitely use Directferries again, and have recommended them to my family and friends already. I was crossing as a foot passenger from Palma to Ibiza for my daughters wedding so I had 2 big suitcases with me. The staff were helpful and I was well taken care of.
"Good service "
We had a very pleasant trip. Well-organised boarding. Pleasant staff and ready to help. They should improve the disembark. We were travelling with a trolley and it took us 40 min to dismebark. More affordable prices would also help.
"Great Experience"
A great experience overall. But would be better had it been some seat number assigned. Otherwise it's hard to get good seats and lot of people sleeping on the couch so we had to spend some time on the crappy chairs. After sometime we managed to find some nice seats though!
"Ibiza to Denia "
Crossing was a nice experience. great weather in April. Hotel Argos LAGT in Talamanca, and very near the ship station. (5 minutes by taxi)
"a crossing between Palma and Denia"
The crossing and pleasant, but a bit long because of a stopover in Ibiza. The boarding portal to Palma could be better signposted.
"Balearia ferries to Ibiza"
Alhucemas did the job as expected and we had a pleasant voyage. The easy and clear Direct Ferries website was good too. Prices cheaper than others and booking directly with Balearia themselves.
"Crossing Palma Ibiza "
It was very pleasant, would not hesitate to ride it again
"Denia to Ibiza"
Easy to book, good departure lounge. On time and comfortable. Think it would be good to be told which port it is coming into in Ibiza I make this journey quite often and find it to be quite expensive for a foot passenger.
"Balearia ferry "
Has everything worked out great. Booking via directferries.de was constructed in a simple and clear. To escape the hustle and bustle at the crossing, it is good if you book 1st class (Neptuno). There are wide individual seats which can be adjusted comfortably.
"Balearia "
The service in the restaurant was disastrously slow and disorganized. Everything else was very well fitted.
"Take the early ferry!"
We took the 6AM ferry from Tanger Med to Algeciras, and basically had the whole ship to ourselves. There were probably more crew members than passengers. Still, they had the bar open and we got breakfast on the boat, while watching the sun rise over Gibraltar.
"A nice crossing"
The outbound crossing was more difficult: a lot of people, dirty toilets…. There was less people during the inbound crossing at 5.30am. Consequently, the installations were cleaner. The cars were parked a bit too close to another, it was difficult to disembark.
"A long wait"
