We had read quite a few reviews online that were not favourable however when this specific ship arrived called the Moby corse We were pleasantly surprised the ship service location of our large family room and restaurant facilities and food was absolutely amazing!

  • "Confusion between Direct Ferries & SNAV "

The only negative aspect of this trip was with Direct Ferries - i sent an email expecting a response to a request with regards to my disability - NO RESPONSE - when l made the booking there is no special place for assistance or at least l could not find it. At Ancona it was a bit misleading how to get to the boat - check in was at the SNAV - why did l have two reference numbers - when we eventually arrived at check-in SNAV told us - direct ferries does the marketing! SNAV were quick to act and help us with regards to getting us to reception on the boat and to the cabin - the cabin was clean and had towels etc in the bathroom. It was clean. I don’t think the loudspeaker system worked so well as we could not hear the announcements - getting off someone did help us to the lift - we would travel again

  • "Trip from Ancona to Split"

It was very good .. I bought the deck space and I slept on the floor 🙈 I think there should be more instructions when buying the tickets online... but I know for future that is better to buy Pulman seats...
