The ferry is very well equipped. The captain gives you a tour with tidbits about what you are watching. The spots are incredible and they give you enough time to take pictures. I definitely recommend this ferry to anyone who wants to see the Norwegian Fjords in all its glory

The voyage provided by the Norled was excellent, the booking process by Direct Ferries was less satisfactory with a processing error by your systems resulting in multiple entries against my Mastercard and the card cancelled by Mastercard as it was considered a potentially fraudulent transaction by the merchant. While the error was corrected by yourselves after it was raised with you by myself, the net result was highly inconvenient and time-consuming with new cards having to be issued and all associated direct debit/pending payments having to be rescheduled....a time consuming exercise on my behalf and caused through no error of my own. Your feedback process below gives no option to rate the booking process offered by Direct Ferries. Catering was not utilised so cannot be rated.

The ferry provides a link between Flåm and Bergen through the fjords. Don’t go on this ferry thinking you’ll get great viewing opportunities as it’s not suitable for this. The staff were very helpful, and provided information about progress and interesting sights along the way. The ferry’s fore and aft decks are either very narrow or cluttered with equipment that restricts viewing, frustrating many passengers during the journey. Despite this, it was a pleasant journey, departed and arrived on time, and was reasonably affordable.... no, it’s not for sightseers.
