"A pleasant way to travel"
Booked well in advance and decided to travel in the comfort cabin. All paperwork said get to the dock at least an hour before sailing - we got there at about 90 minutes ahead of the sailing time. There was no sign of life whatsoever, eventually at about 45 minutes before sailing somebody appeared to set up the check-in area and when we said about the times he looked bemused and said no half an hour was fine. Anyway as we were so early we were first on board and able to get seats at the front of the cabin which meant we had a good view of everything as we left Vancouver. Drinks and snacks were plentiful on board with complimentary hot beverages etc. Staff were a bit rushed off their feet but remained pleasant at all times. Crossing was calm with no problems of swel so a very enjoyable trip
