Tuana Maritime

Tuana Maritime is a Turkish company operating the popular crossing between the port of Fethiye, on the country’s southwestern Turquoise Coast, and the Greek island of Rhodes.

Founded in 2002, in Fethiye, Tuana Maritime’s primary objective is to offer great value fares, coupled with a service that exceeds all expectations. The crossing between Turkey and Rhodes takes around 90 minutes and runs most days from April to October, with increased frequency during peak holiday season.

Tuana Maritime operates the ferry service with their two modern, passenger only ships: Aegean Queen and Flying Poseidon, both purpose built for this type of ferry crossing. Aegean Queen can carry up to 336 passengers while the faster, smaller Flying Poseidon has a capacity of around 125 passengers. Due to these ferries being high speed passenger carriers, the facilities on board are limited to seating and toilets, though there is the possibility of purchasing cold drinks and snacks during the journey.

With directferries.co.uk you can find Tuana Maritime timetables, fares and book Tuana Maritime ferry tickets. Where applicable we’ll also compare Tuana Maritime with alternative ferry companies.

  • "Fethiye to Rhodes"

The whole journey couldn't have been easier. We arrived an hour prior to the journey. Checking in was very quick and we were allowed on the hydrofoil before it was time to leave. No seat allocation so we sat at the front. Seats were old but very comfy and the journey started smoothly. Out at sea it was quite bumpy but the teenagers loved it and I found it actually rocked me to sleep! Moving around was a challenge due to the bumps but the whole journey was quick and arriving at Rhodes was again an easy experience, straight through customs and out into the town. We moved around quite a bit on this holiday and this was a fun and easy part of the journey
