The system was simple to us and even though I realised that I had made a slight error in my booking this was efficiently sorted out at no charge If the Port organisation is a good as the booking organisation then I can anticipate a good trip

Better All The Time

There is always room for improvement in almost everything, and DFerries site is improving markedly. One important change I would make is to fix the programing so one does not have to redo entering information as often as is now the case. One should be able to go back and make changes without having all info voided (for a "misstep") and than having to restart data entry all over again. This is a shortcoming. However, overall, the website -online experience- is improving quite well. I have used DFerries over the years now & again. There has been MUCH improvement over what I first encountered years ago. Good work. Keep it up.
