Dodecanese Flying Dolphins was a good and easy service. Unfortunately on my booking confirmation, directferries.co.uk displayed the wrong location for catching the ferry. This made for a stressful situation where I barely made it in time for the trip!!! 5 stars for the ferry operator. 1 star for directferries :/

I would never book with you guys again. First you wrote the address wrong on the print out and also the boat‘s name. I almost missed The boat and had to buy a new ticket. And far worth- you did not indicate it in the system- the Turkish ticket office had to indicate it again. Awful experience!!

Ferry was fine. Unfortunately the map link showed the old port. We arrived comfortably on time to discover we needed to be at the new port. The 20 min taxi got us there 20 mins after the formal gate closure. The port had a number of ferries leaving to different locations at about the same time. Having collected our tickets we then needed to join a 100m queue to get through passport control. We had to push past many unhappy people to make the boat. The ferry was great but not the stress to make it. I suggest you make it clear to use the new port.
