| | Heysham Port train station is located at the harbour which is only 50m from the Passenger Terminal. North Western Trains run a train service connecting with most daytime arrivals and departures. The train links with Inter City services which serve both Preston and Lancaster year round and during the summer the train serves Stockport via Manchester, Bolton and Preston.
