"A pleasurable experience"
We recently took the ferry over to the Isle of Wight and our experience was pleasant, comfortable and extremely well organised.

Everything fine, but coffee took that long to queue for, that I didn't have time to drink it by the time we reached port.

"Lymington - Yarmouth (IOW)"
Although it was still fairly busy the queuing and loading was handled very efficiently.Because of unknown traffic conditions I arrived somewhat early for my sailing, but I was shown where I could park and wait until may sailing was due. The chap checking tickets was very helpful and gave me a time to return to check in. When I returned the queue was dealt with very quickly and were allocated a row of traffic waiting to embark. The ferry arrived fairly soon and was off loaded quite quickly, so were guided onto the ferry and then told when we could leave our car and go to the lounge. A variety of drinks and snacks were available in the lounge, with again the queues being dealt with most efficiently. On arriving at Yarmouth were told when to return to our vehicles and were quickly able to disembark and carry on with our journey. Overall a very smooth crossing and very efficient staff who made the crossing so easy. The return journey was just the same - quick and trouble free.
