How To Get To Esbjerg Ferry Port

Esbjerg Ferry Port by Car
You can take E20 from Copenhagen. If you are travelling from northern Denmark, it is better to take the E45, which merges into E20 at Kolding (approx. 50 miles from Esbjerg). On approach stay on E20 through the town from the motorway. As you approach the port, the road name changes to Toldbodvej; take an immediate left onto Dokvej, to the port.
Esbjerg Ferry Port by Train
From Esbjerg train station there are Intercity trains to Copenhagen, Frederikshavn and Hamburg and regional trains to Stuer and Tønder. Bus no. 5 connects the port with the train station.
Esbjerg Ferry Port by Bus
Bus no. 5 departs from Dokvej (just outside the port) to Esbjerg train station at ’08, ’28 and ’48 minutes past the hour. From the train station the bus departs at ’13, ’33 and ’53 past the hour.
