From the A16 or A26:

If you are travelling either from Paris, Rouen, Calais, Saint-Omer, Normandy, etc, follow signs to 'BOULOGNE'.
Take exit n°29 off the A16: 'BOULOGNE – LES PORTS – BOULOGNE CENTRE' (White signs).
At the 1st roundabout take the 1st road on the left and follow the sign 'BOULOGNE LES PORTS – OUTREAU – LE PORTEL'.
At the 2nd roundabout take the 1st road on the right and follow the sign 'BOULOGNE LES PORTS' and drive along the river for 500 metres.
Just before the traffic lights – take the 2nd road on the left and drive up on the bridge following the sign 'BOULOGNE LES PORTS'. At the 'STOP' sign, go on the right direction 'BOULOGNE LES PORTS'. At the roundabout take the 1st road on the right direction 'CAR FERRY'. Then follow the sign CAR FERRY'.

The main train station in town - Boulogne Ville is connected to the SNCF network and runs trains to Calais, Amiens, Le Touquet, Lille and Paris.
