"Good booking experience, but change of info needed"
Hi - really happy with our booking from Direct Ferries, especially as I messed up the return dates and changing them was quick and easy using the manage my booking page. One thing: Nowhere I saw in your booking information is it clear that I need to supply my passport details for the return journey from UK to France - I had entered my passport details once when I booked and thought that was it, but I had it ALL explained to me in tones I would hesitate to use to a toddler by the humourless Tunnel check in bloke. He took some time in telling me how wrong I was, and how people ' couldn't be bothered' to enter their details - it was pretty unpleasant, and he went out of his way to criticise Direct Ferries for not telling people to do it. As far as I know I didn't see anything stating that I had to do this for the return journey, so please, Direct Ferries, spell this out for the irresponsible among us who can't be bothered to deal with trivial details, even if it does concern us being able to get on the train. Otherwise - brilliant service and we see no reason to change anything, thanks
