We’re always striving to make the ferry booking experience as quick and easy as possible, but we know that occasionally you might have a question or need help with your booking. To save you time we’ve answered all the most commonly asked questions on our FAQ page. We’d suggest taking a look at our FAQs before giving us a call or sending us an email, it’s the fastest and easiest way to get an answer.

Your confirmation email is also a great source of information. It contains everything you need to know about your travel, including port addresses and check-in times. If you haven’t received your confirmation email you can request another one after logging into your Account.

If you can’t find an answer to your question in your confirmation email or the FAQ page then please email us using a contact form below or give us a call on one of the local numbers below. Please be aware that during the summer months our agents can get very busy so you may experience longer wait times on calls and delays in replies to your email. We’ll always do our best to make these wait times as short as possible.

Need to amend or cancel your booking?

Need to make a change or cancellation? Don’t worry, not only is our helpful team on hand if you need us, but you can now make all these changes online via My Account. By using My Account, you can now easily make any changes you want, for a much cheaper cost than by phone or by email. It is also much quicker to use My Account, as during busy periods, such as summertime, our phones and inbox can get very busy, and it may take longer for us to talk to you and sort everything out than by using My Account.

Please note that if you want to cancel your booking you will need to use My Account or phone us, due to data protection laws we won’t be able to process any cancellation requests made by email.

Purchased our Free Cancellation Cover? If you want to make a change to your ticket, or to cancel it, then this will be absolutely free of charge, so long as you are doing this 48 hours before your sail date.

Amendment and cancellation fees

Via My Account

  • For general amendments, there will be a cost of only £10/€10
  • Cancelling your ticket online via My Account will incur a charge of only £10/€10

Via Phone and Email

  • If your ticket cost less than £100/€100, then the amendment fee will be £20/€20
  • If your ticket was over £100/€100, then the amendment fee will be £35/€35
  • Cancellations by phone will cost £30/€35
  • If your ticket cost less than £30/€35, then it will not be possible to cancel your ticket via phone
  • Due to data protection laws we’re not able to process cancellation requests by email
