Thank you for taking so much care for our journey to the Netherlands, we have travelled with you in the past and have always found it an easy and enjoyable passage. This time though we were travelling with others and you made everything so easy, from booking to arriving at Hull to safely disembarking in Rotterdam. The return trip was just as stress free. Despite what we had on board with us, there literally was no hassle, we registered filled in the manifest, waited as asked to be loaded and arrived in our cabins with no problem. The meals on board have greatly improved too - the soup, was in my opinion as delicious as any restaurant - my fellow travellers had the hotdogs, one of whom wanted it plain and there was no fuss at all. We spent the evening in the bar, prices are competitive and service was A1

"Hull to Rotterdam"
First Class - from arrival at Hull port to disembarkation at Rotterdam everything was well organised. Dinner was excellent and the outside premier class cabin was clean and comfortable. Lovely hot shower in the morning followed by a good breakfast. The crew were very helpful. Many thanks for a great journey.

"Hull to Rotterdam and back again"
Travelled to and from Rotterdam with teenage children. Plenty of choice with comfortable sitting areas, enjoyed the views and the cinema and slept well in a larger inside and then smaller outside cabin. Arrive early for quieter check in and choice of sitting area. Punctual leaving and arriving. Remember the time zone changes!

"CROSSING 17TH AUGUST"
Outside 4 berth cabin for two of us, very comfortable and well equipped. Food ok, labeling was slightly confusing. Staff very friendly and efficient. Was a good trip helped by a dead flat calm sea. Would use again.

Hi, this was a great trip and a lovely boat but there are two things - the first is that it is ridiculously expensive and the lack of a kettle in the room or any drinking water is not good in terms of health and safety - dehydration etc. The second is that there were gangs of men/stag parties drinking heavily and behaving rowdily in the bars which is unpleasant and threatening for family travellers who do not wish their children to be exposed to that. Those groups should be segregated from the family areas of the ship.

Great nice smooth sailing and nice peaceful cabin for a good rest...thanks. The only down side is the entertainment, rather than just the singers it would be nice to have a show, something like magic or a comedian.

"Relaxing start to holiday "
From the ease of booking on line to going through check-in at the port and parking our car to start our holiday is a breeze. Then to sit and relax in good surroundings ready to eat an evening meal while covering the miles stress free to our first hotel. What more could you ask for. Thank you

"First time and pleasantly surprised"
A great experience really and actually felt like part of the holiday we were setting off on. I'd done the Dover - Calais crossing countless times before, but this was the first time on an overnight ferry and from Hull. On each leg we boarded early and arrived ahead of schedule. The cabin was clean, the facilities were great. The cinema, multiple bars (catering for different tastes) and even a cabaret act were really enjoyable and helped the time fly by before we chose to retire for the night. I slept like a log in both directions and would hardly have noticed I was on a ferry. It's made me rethink future crossings - next time, I think I'll favour this option (Manchester is home, so a long drive to Dover would be a bit of an effort) ... relax and let the holiday start a day earlier.

"An enjoyable trip"
We were on our way from Denmark to England, so we had had a long drive before reaching the boat. Luckily, we could go on board as soon as we arrived at the port, and we enjoyed a very good pre-booked buffet meal before we even left the harbour. Everything was perfect. We arrived on time and, as we had chosen to wait with breakfast until we arrived in England, we didn't have to get up too early. Thank you for a pleasant trip. We will be back.

"A good nights sleep"
Just before this trip I endured a horrible night's sleep on a DFDS ferry so I was doubtful that this ferry would be better. How wrong could I be. The cabin was clean and very well appointed. The ferry itself was spotless making the whole journey very enjoyable

"9 days trip to Continental Europe using P&O Ferries"
I am glad I used P&O Ferries as everything was as it should be. Quick pass and ticket control, nice cabin, helpful staff, lots of entertainment on the ship, and everything was according to the time schedule. Downsize are higher prices on the ship and too cold temp in the cabin during the night - thermostats did not worked.
