"Larne to cairnryan "
We arrived and were processed quickly and efficiently. The boarding process was equally smooth and efficient. The ship was clean and pleasant. On the way to cairnryan we ordered food in the cafe. It was well made . All the staff on board ship were friendly and helpful. On the way home we stayed in the video lounge, it was clean and comfortable. So, all in all, we were pleased with the ferry and would be happy to travel with P& O again.

"Smooth sailing "
We recently travelled with P&O between Cairnryan and Larne. Queuing and boarding was straightforward with very helpful staff suggesting we take the lift with our baby. Plenty of seating; I was able to breastfeed comfortably. Food on board was well cooked and hot; no queuing. Disembarking was efficient. Overall my best ferry crossing yet.

"Travel on P&O ferries to and from N Ireland via Cairnryan and Larne."
Booking for this journey could not be easier online. The reception at each port of departure was pleasant and embarking was on time and organised efficiently. The journey was very calm, announcements clear and concise for safety and facilities available onboard. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I was very pleased with my experience aboard the ferry. It was my first time and cannot find anything to fault it.

This was a journey that I was not looking forward to, as my partner and I do not have sea legs and to add to the tension we were travelling with a cat who had never travelled before, however, the ferry was very prompt in loading and setting sail. The journey was smooth and we watched a film, so all in all a pleasant journey and when we were able to go back to our car for de-boarding the cat was as calm as anything, Thank you P & O.

"Holiday trip to Ireland"
This was our second holiday trip to Ireland this year, our first holiday was in May, this one August. We traveled with P&O both times as we find everything just so easy and the trip so enjoyable. The food onboard is first class and reasonably priced plus the service is very good delivered by friendly efficient staff. The video room has comfortable reclining seats and the films new and suitable for mixed groups. The ships are easy to board, with helpful staff on hand to answer any questions. We will be booking with P&O for our holidays next year.

"Cairnryan - Larne"
Enjoyed our recent crossing between Cairnryan and Larne, friendly staff, no delays, good clean ship.

The outward and return sailings were markedly different. The 4am outward trip from Cairnryan was quiet and not crowded but the return trip from Larne was a full compliment of passengers. Both were prompt in terms of boarding experience and sailing times and a pleasant sailing experience. On the return the captain explained the full passenger compliment and encouraged passengers to try and accommodate access by not reserving or blocking seat access. I was impressed with the following elements; boarding; departure time; onboard catering opportunities; information from captain during voyage.

"Very Helpful Staff"
The whole process, from booking to travelling, was exceptionally easy. I was travelling by motorcycle and was given assistance to secure my bike after boarding. When it was time to disembark, my bike wouldn't start and the staff members were exceptionally helpful in assisting me to get my bike off the ferry.

"More than I expected!"
I had the joy of travelling with my 3 kids 9,7 &5 a couple of weeks ago. It was the middle of a long trip from Glasgow to Donegal ,so when the kids disappeared to the children's entertainment for 2 hours I couldn't believe my luck. I sat and read with a coffee, with the odd interruption to be shown various aquatic themed arts and craft objects Can't recommend this crossing enough. Well done, 5 stars from me for entertainment.

"Pleasant smooth sailings"
Had occasion recently to take the ferry from Larne to Belfast and return a week later - the whole experience was hassle free and passed smoothly. Though the passenger lounge was busy there was room and the staff were efficient and friendly. Would use again.
