"experience - Hook of Holland -Harwich and back. "
In total, trip, in both ways, was great, but - there are a few recommendations.
1. Good idea could be sms, or Email - for fast PCR test places, with work times, near HoH port.
we drove from Denmark, and something vent wrong with system, and we couldn't get answers in out emails. so it was really stressful moment, but stena line customer service in port help us with address, so we also visited Rotterdam =) and one off test centers.
2. Easier overview, what papers need to be filled up, for trip NL-UK and UK-NL, maybe PDF with chance to download it, print and you are ready to go.
3. on the way back: we left ship 08:03, from port we get out 09:40. we could see, there was 2 new persons, what get training or we can call it teaching, there was a lot of people, who missed business meetings and get very stressed. Maybe one more window, or 2 windows, could help, to get flow faster, there was several persons, who helped with car flow in rows, so they could still send enough cars to persons, who learning, and enaugh to the other control point.
Utherwise it was great. we definitely will use it again.
We still hope, that i future there will be (once promist) again ship from DK (or Germany) to UK, it would be MUCH MUCH easier. otherwise we need to drive more than 7 hours without stops, so in the end it is abou 8:30 - 9:00 hours.
