"Great journey"
We were all really happy with our crossing. The boarding was quick and efficient and we were happy with the food on board. There were plenty of seats on, the staff were all friendly and the crossing was smooth too. All in all, it was a very pleasant journey

"Delayed 4 hours"
Honestly, booked this service one month in advance because I was travelling home through Germany to Amsterdam to catch a P & O ferry to Newcastle, then on to Cairnryan to get back home and whilst I was emailed in regard to the delay, I sent back an email to P & O but then given a phone number to call which I didn’t have time for! Would it not be easier to send an email back to customer or you’d rather not have any recorded paper trail. At Cairnryan, I was again told ship was in dry dock for repairs, but then again, there was a P & O vessel moored at the dock? Perhaps my 1600 hour departure hadn’t sold enough tickets? I paid £157 for another ticket with Stena Line for a 1530 sailing and won’t be using P & O ever again!
"Great Sailing "
Good directions to Cairnryan port, clean ship, food and service good.
"First time on this ferry crossing"
On time, lucky with the weather, facilities good for our 2 hour journey. Staff friendly.
"Cairnryan "
We found the crossing quick, the staff helpful and check in hassle free
"No Fuss"
we live in Lincolnshire and took the Cairnlarne ferry as we had our dog. However the ferry was in fact completely fuss free because of the lack of other ferries and pvercrowding; we went in Oct. This is now my favourite ferry route as even when you get off in Ireland you are easily out and away on the road without having to worry about traffic coming at you from all sides. In short if you want fuss free and rel;axing - take this route.
"First Class Experience "
Thoroughly enjoyed our return ferry to Larne from Cairnryan. From making the initial booking we were kept informed as to what the routine would be. The checking in and security checks were efficiently dealt with by very pleasant staff. On board the facilities were first class and the lounge areas were very comfortable. Would certainly use P&O ferries again and recommend this particular crossing.
"P and O crossing"
The crossing was very good and the facilities were fine. The staff were very friendly. My daughter had the Ulster fry which according to her was delicious. The prices were quite high but one would expect that on such a trip. However and the temperature on board was very high and we were very uncomfortable. We wondered if there was a reason for this? Also I had to leave my dog behind as it wasn't stressed that the rules had changed for Northern Ireland and I only found out on the day I was leaving home.I order for him to have come I would have had to be organising the trip about 3 months at least before. In fact there was no check made but if there had have been our trip would have been ruined. I am suggesting that you make it very clear on your website the requirements as a lot of people are unaware things have changed.
"No priority boarding"
Don’t buy priority boarding. They take no notice of it

Excellent experience
"Great value for money "
Excellent sailing over and back to Ireland
"P&O Cairnryan to Larne"
Direct ferries saved me about £50 by booking through them rather than directly with the ferry companies. The ferry itself could do with a wider range of food as only fish n chips burgers or a baked potato
"Good trip"

"A great service"
Booked a return ferry from Cairnryan to Larn with P & O Irish ferries, the whole experience was quick efficient and friendly, the ferry was clean, and the food served fresh and hot, I would not hesitate to travel with P&O Ferries again and would also happily recommend them to others. Thank you.
"Good Trip"
Great staff and very pleasant journey
"Holiday travel to Ireland"
Both journeys from Cairnlyan to Larne and back very straightforward and loading without any hitch’s ( see later),. . Club lounge used but as ship not busy probably didn’t need it. Delay on return journey not fully explained. Apparently some passengers had a text.
"Visiting family "
Easy to book on line . Also easy to change dates for long stay. Good price
"Old but gold"
I loved the trip. It was too short, so good I felt on the board of the ferry. Traveling at the club lounge is classy; highly recommended.
"Irish crossing"
Great journey to Larne and back. Clean facilities. Great food. Highly recommend.
"First time for me"
Helpful & friendly staff all the way from check in to the galley for a cuppa on the way. Think we might even sailed a wee bit early.....not much tho
"Staff excellent"
Great trip
"Toilet "
Visited gents toilet and was disgusted by the smell of urine My friend also experienced the same problems. That was on 27 Sept On the return crossing 3 October the toilet conditions were slightly better. Very disappointed as there is ample time to get the toilets cleansed while in port
"Smart clean ferry with top class service."

"Plain sailing"
Traveled with my grandson,, ship was very. Modern and comfortable
"P&O better than expected "
Good aelection of food, plenty of GF options. Excellent baby changing facilities. Plenty of space on board. Overall very clean and efficient.
"Ferry to Ireland"
Very nice staff and facilities. On time.
"Food shortage"
Unfortunately no one was checking the fresh milk, as it was off. When a burger was ordered they had no cheese and when I ordered soup of the day no bread potato role as they were out . Coffee and nibbles were good and the seating was good
"Appalling "
12 midday sailing Larne- Cairnryan cancelled at 11.50. Promised 4pm sailing would go on time - finally went at 5.15p.m. Very poor communication from P&O staff who clearly were motivated only to prevent defections to Stena . Our dog had to spend 8 hours either wandering around a small concrete yard or locked up in our car. Terrible experience.
"Great sailing "
Was easy to board and had great assistant.
"Larne to Cairnryan and return journey 26 September 2022 awful"
