"First time in Ireland with a caravan"
I have to say we were very apprehensive in coming to Ireland with our caravan. It was the first time we have ever been on a ferry with it and we were not sure what to expect. The experience was nothing but positive. Access to both ports Stranraer and Larne was excellent. Well signposted and the staff were so helpful at check in. Nothing was too much trouble. Accessing/exiting the ferry too was brilliant. The ferry itself and the journey again excellent. Amenities good and plenty of seating etc. The journey in both directions occurred for us on a very calm sea. The ferry was clean and well maintained. The ports also had satisfactory amenities. All in all an excellent experience. We boarded and exited exactly on time!

"Fuss free travel to Ireland"
An efficient punctual service. The catering facilities were adequate. The toilets were clean. There was enough seating despite the return journey being busy. There was a small shop on board selling toiletries, cosmetics, chocolate and souvenirs.

"Good journey, quick and easy"
The crossing to and from Larne was quick and easy. Our car was through and ready very quickly and both trips were on time. There isn't much to do on the ship - the small duty free shop is very expensive and the queue for the bar is always long. The kids area was closed. However, it's a very quick crossing and there was enough seats for everyone so if you bring a book you're fine!

"Disappointed "
Although I had booked and paid € 40 for flexi I couldn’t change the time for our crossing from Cairnryan to Larne and I had to ring P & O directly and was charged £ 5 plus the expense of phone all from my mobile phone.

"A pleasure "
Normally fly between Ireland and Scotland, think I’m going to stay with the ferry! Expensive to take car over but when I consider car hire and associated insurance costs, the only difference is my time, oh and no restrictions on what I carry. Great all round experience

"Overnight to Cork"
Having travelled to St Malo from Jersey then on to Roscoff for an over night sailing to Cork we hoped the crossing would be smooth and the ship comfortable for a long journey. Fortunately, both were fine and the ship better than expected from the 'no frills' advert. We would certainly do it again.

"Trip to Larne"
Effective ticket checks well organised proficient staff. Departure on time. Vehicle deck staff polite and helpful. Bar staff could benefit from further training. Too slow in dealing with customers. Cafeteria staff very helpful and up to speed. All members of staff on board wearing clean smart corporate clothing.
