"Saying thank you for your service "
I would like to say thank you for all you do for your customers. From checking in to the journey to and from and on board duty-free service are the best. I only was not happy with there Starbucks coffee that was not very hot to my liking,
"Good service"
Staff are polite and are on the ball
"Great journey/ great service "
Smooth running, good facilities, comfortable journey, even put entertainment on for the kids on the return leg. Friendly staff, we arrived early so they allowed us on an early sailing
"Correct organisation and handling of our boattrip to Dover and back"
Despite the long waitingline at customs before departure in Calais, that made us miss our boat, we could embark easily on the next boat. At our return, we were too late due to traffic jam, but we could still embark in the latest minutes, thanks to a very fluent customs control.
"French break"
Great to get away with a reliable ferry company.
"Excellent, comfortable trip "
Just what was needed between long road trips
"Trips with P&Q Ferrys "
Was quick and easy to use.
"Yo yo ;)"
I travel to France alot with my job and for private reasons alot and over the years iv seen a change. P&O was a great company back in the 00s and then they started to lack on friendly staff and the food wasn't so good. The food was like rubber and very over priced. Since the big change again iv noticed a change. Now the staff are friendly and the vessels are kept clean to a high standard it's all done really well and the food is really nice. Keep up the good work P&O
"Bad service"
We were booked to sail 4/10 2022 from Hull to Rotterdam but due to illness in the family we wanted to chance our booking to an earlier departure. We tried several times to change our booking using our correct booking number, but every time we were told, that no such booking existed. In despair we had to book and pay for another sailing from Harwich. It is terribly distressing when you can’t get in touch with the company. We tried to write but no response, only to be told again and again that our booking didn’t exist. The fact that you ask for a review must mean that our booking did exist!!!
"clean ship"
although the ship was clean and comfortable the catering facilities were dire other passengers had obviously been on it before as they brought picnics with them. After a long drive to get to Dover a nice breakfast on board used to be very welcome but not now
"Channel crossing "
Fantastic service on time and cheeper than the shuttle
" Good"

"Saturday night crssing"
Apleasat calmcrossing in an almost epmty ship. The crew were very friendly and serviceable.
"Disappointed "
The crossing was ok. The ferry was ok. The food on offer though is something totally different. We paid an extortionate price for two breakfast wraps that were totally disgusting. Powdered egg, tiny bits of bacon, one sausage cut into strips and a limp wrap. Surely you can do better than this?
"P&0 trip"
Great trip,everything lovely
"Fishing"
Brilliant trip
"Good trip"
In overall very good trip with p&o
"Not satisfactory "

"Queues really bad"

"Huge delay - will avoid in future "
Delayed for over an hour with no information or compensation
"Nice trip"
Travel was comfortable and what you can expect
"Rubbish"
2 hours late leaving after arriving 2 hours early as well with 2 small children! Children were black from crawling and walking around on the floor. No updates, staff chaotic at the bar
"Belgian GP Trip"
Highly efficient loading/unloading. VIP Lounge was excellent value for money, attended by top class staff.
"Great experience"
The return trip was managed efficiently even taking in consideration the boat departure schedule changes that were made on the day of return sailing. There seem to be a little disconnect between the operational it systems used as the officer completing check-in procedure wasn’t aware of the most up to date sailing schedules. However the alternative arrangements were made quickly to accommodate extra passengers on the different boat and we all reached home safely. Thank you very much!
"My sailing experience "
No trouble at any point everyone was polite and welcoming quick and easy at customs both sides had a smooth and clear passage
"Worst travel experience ever"
P&O totally failed in my opinion with this journey. A message in the morning warns of 2 hour question. On arrival at the port there is a large que with not staff organising and the que then spills over so people who have arrived later now get in further down. 7 hours it took to get through passport control. 7 hours of not being able to take my young daughter to the toilet as it’s just the 2 of us. I then discover that p&O had started telling people to arrive 3 hours early. So I was there for my 5pm ferry at the same time as people who were on 7pm and later ferries. We did not get on a ferry till 1am. It just wasn’t good enough
"AVOID P&Q"
Avoid P&Q, I will never go with this company again,
"Crossing to Calais"
Excellent.
"Unacceptable "
