"Day Trip to IOW"
Staying in Bucklers Hard, the obvious ferry to choose for an Isle of Wight day trip was the Lymington/Yarmouth ferry. The 10am/5pm timing was perfect for a day exploring the island, taking in a tour of Osborne house. Both crossings were excellent - comfortable with a good bar service and reasonable pricing.

I travelled to the isle of wight with my two children and my grandmother and her dog. When we arrived at Lymington the check in staff were amazing, noticing that my grandmother has a blue badge they ensured that we were boarded close to the door and with plenty of room for her to enter and exit the vehicle. The journey both ways was quick and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. As a result we are already looking forward to booking our next trip.
