General ferry inquiries

  • Can I get a VAT receipt for my ferry booking?

    Normal tourist and passenger ferry tickets do not have a VAT element, so it will not be possible to obtain a VAT receipt for these. You can get a VAT receipt if you have booked a freight ticket, and you have seen that VAT has been applied. To get your receipt please contact our freight customer service team and they will be happy to help. You can also find our VAT registration number, GB238948850, at the bottom of your confirmation email.

  • Who do I contact regarding lost property on a ferry?

    You will need to directly contact the ferry company you sailed with. If you have any trouble contacting them please let us know and will do what we can to help.
