Tirrenia

Tirrenia was founded in 1936 as a result of the nationalization of many privately owned Italian ferry companies.
In the present day, Tirrenia connects the Italian mainland to Sardinia, Sicily, the Tremiti islands and Albania and as a group is currently one of the largest ship owners in Europe.

Tirrenia di Navigazione ferries make a large number of crossings every year. With a fleet consisting mainly of new high speed super ferries you’ll reach your destination in ultimate comfort and in record time.

The Tirrenia route network consists of ferry connections from mainland Italy to Sardinia (9 routes), mainland Italy to Sicily, Sicily to Sardinia, Italy to Albania and up to 5 routes connecting mainland Italy and the Tremiti Islands.
