The Condor Liberation was purchased by Condor Ferries in late 2014 and is the latest member of the fleet to run on their routes between England and the Channel Islands. The first of its kind to sail in Northern Europe, she can hold up to 880 passengers and has space for 245 cars. The Condor Liberation has a more stable design than existing high speed ferries and as a result will be able to sail in considerably higher seas, resulting in less travel disruption. On-board the renovated interior will keep you in comfort throughout your crossing, whilst enjoying all it has to offer with its many facilities.
There are no cabins available on this ship, however there is seating available for everyone onboard with three tiered seating options to choose from.
Onboard the Condor Liberation you can eat the delicious Casquettes self-service restaurant. The menu consists of a range of hot meals, snacks such as sandwiches, baguettes and wraps, hot and cold desserts, soft and alcoholic beverages are also on offer.
The Duty free shop onboard offers passengers a chance to purchase reduced priced goods from men and women’s fragrances to alcohol from around the world.
Please Note: Whilst we have taken great care in making our Condor Liberation guide as accurate as possible, onboard facilities, services and entertainment may vary depending on the date and time of year that you travel, facilities mentioned may change without notification and ferry companies reserve the right to operate vessels other than those mentioned at time of booking without prior notification.

"Good experience aboard Condor Liberation."
Having read some not so good reviews prior to our trip, we were a little apprehensive to say the least, but we need not have worried. It couldn't have been a better experience. The staff were all polite and very helpful, the ferry set out at exactly the right time and we were kept informed by the captain regarding weather, sailing conditions, and arrival times. We upgraded our seats to ocean plus recliners which had a panoramic view and made for a very pleasant trip altogether. Overall we would definitely recommend the Condor Liberation and condor ferries for a very pleasant and quick trip to Jersey from Poole.

This was our first sailing with Condor and was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency with which the craft was loaded with vehicles. We had paid a little extra for our seats and were in the lounge with a good view at the front of the boat with a table, charging points for electronics was also a bonus. The seating was comfortable with plenty of leg room. We did not eat on the boat, the choice of drinks both hot and cold was adequate. Overall a pleasant trip, we did have smooth sea conditions on both sailings so cannot comment on what conditions would be like on rough seas.

This was my first experience on the Condor Ferry to Jersey. The voyage out on the 13th Sept. and the return on the 21st was most enjoyable, luckily with calm seas both ways. The seating in the Ocean Club was excellent and the friendly service and attentive staff could not have been better. i will certainly travel again with your company and have told others about the excellent service.

We found it to be a pleasant journey,a little rockey going out but better coming back. The early start we found a little trying and got a bit lost trying to find the ferry terminal at Poole however when we realised we had taken a wrong turning we soon got back on track.

"Great Trip pity about the delays"
Everything was good about this trip. Pity about the operational delays which left us sitting "in line" for hours.

"engine failure "
we have traveled many times to Jersey by condor ferries, very clean and plenty of staff, return trip we were in the ocean club area which was very comfortable, this was good as there were engine problems and we were due into Poole at 5.10pm and arrived at 7.15pm, there were complementary tea/coffee due to the lateness of the condor, we were hoping for a little more as this went into a meal time with kids and the condor is not cheap to travel on, this made a very late journey home with a meal stop required.

Our first long trip on a ferry and we found the whole experience trouble free and enjoyable. The seating was very comfortable and spacious and a smooth fast crossing. I have only one point to mention to improve the service that vehicle owners should be told not to start engines until they are ready to move as in the confined space the fumes were very prominent.

The trip from Jersey to Guernsey was very expedient. Only negative comment copuld be lack of information about boarding time. The check-in process was quick, and it is great that pedestrians can check larger luggage in, so you don't have to carry it around. It was delivered quickly on the Guernsey side. The ship was fine as well, clear seat numbering and acceptable space.

"First family holiday"
Like me if your reading this to get idea of using condor .I was travelling with two children and I had a very plesent experience the moment we arrived the stuff were very helpful and friendly toward my children who were excited 5yr and a 11 yr with learning disabilities had all staff the were chatting to reply with great professional attitude. The actual boat was lovely and we'll kept, clearly marked factalities . Not much in kids room and size made it crowded quite quickly but it was nice mabe a activities pack for kids would be nice way to kill time with boat related stuff ie pic boat to colour ...I spy around boat . .never the less happy to use there service again in couple of months.
