Easy to book , sadly a ferry choppy ride from Naples to Capri with 60% of passengers being sick , the crew done all they could to help apart from that a pleasant journey and a much smoother return.

The booking process, the journey and the facilities were fantastic. I realised on my return when attempting to print the tickets that I booked for 2 days in advance when I had intended to purchase 2 day return tickets. The staff member at the desk did not care and although I was in a panic and rush to get back to Sorrento from Capri they would not cancel my ticket and provide a day return like I had planned. I was continuosuly told to go away or pay for a new one. This was really embarrassing in front a queue of other customers.
