Euroferrys began its maritime activities of passenger, vehicles and commercial transport in 1999 running ferries between Algeciras, Ceuta and Tangier.
Euroferrys operate 2 relatively new passenger vessels - Euroferrys Atlántica on the Tangier route, and Euroferrys Pacífica, the largest high speed catamaran in the world with diesel propulsion. With the capacity for 951 passengers and 251 cars, the high speed aluminium ferry operates on the 16 nautical mile route between Algeciras on the southern coast of Spain and Ceuta in Spanish Morocco, completing six return crossings per day. Euroferrys aim is to reign on the Strait of Gibraltar by offering its passengers the highest level in 'quality' on board their vessels.
