Mediterranea Pitiusa operates a fast and reliable service between the Balearic Islands of Ibiza and Formentera.

The company owns four vessels which run two different services. Despite the increased wind the Mediterrània Pitiusa ferry left promptly from La Savina and arrived safely and only marginally late to Ibiza.

  • "a big thank you"

On our outward journey we accidentally left a bag in the seat pocket containing cash, credit card and passports!! We didn't realise until we got to our hotel to check in, Realising that the only place we could have left it was on the ferry both the hotel and ourselves contacted the ferry company asking them to check the area were were sitting in . Following a quick search we were told that nothing was found but a further search would be carried out once the ferry had docked back in Ibiza. We subsequently received a call to state that they had found the bag and that it would be on the next trip of the ferry back to Formentera. We were reunited with the bag with contents intact a couple of hours later. The crossings themselves were comfortable and easy going.
