Was a 15 minutes late, but furthermore a good trip. Some get Seasick because of the waves and with 45km an hour its a bit of a flight trip with a lot of turbulence.

Good service, with pickup from the hotel available even when booked through Direct Ferries - just make sure to reach out to the company directly. Would not recommend sitting near the front if one of your party is at all sensitive to choppy seas as the boat is fast and it can feel like taking off in a plane at times.

The organisation of the trip was great, the boat left and arrived on time and the people on board were very nice and helpful. The pick up shuttle at our hotel was a bit late but otherwise everything was perfect!
