"Good trip"

Reviewed 07 April 2014 by Chris

I have used this service many times before, including when it was called Norfolk Line and have never had a bad trip. The boats are starting to look a bit "Tired" on the passenger decks but clean and tidy. I wish the breakfasts were a bit fresher though. Efficient loading and unloading is always good and no problems getting me on an earlier boat when I arrived unexpectedly early in Dunkirk.

"Good Crossing with Kids"

Reviewed 07 April 2014 by Brechje

This was the first time for me to travel alone (we normally go as a family) with my 2 small children, ages 22 months and 3 and a half. I was a little hesitant, but had a very positive experience! DFDS had put a new play area in right near the Kids TV area and my kids were very happily entertained. They had also opened the food 2 go cafe for the first time. (I have travelled with them many times) The cafe serves delicious fresh French fries and the kids were happy. It mad me feel I could do this again on my own. The Staff were helpful and everything was in good working order.
