"Great Service"

Reviewed 03 February 2015 by Anonymous

We took the Dover Dunkirk Ferry return service for a short trip abroad. They had to cope with the backup of freight due to the tunnel fire, but were able to be flexible with car passengers, so we were not delayed. Facilities were good on board, staff friendly and helpful and polite. We turned up very late for the return trip but they still let us on at the last minute (literally) Would use them again without hesitation

"Efficient well organised service"

We've travelled with DFDS on more than one occasion and always found it very good. Ship leaves on time - staff are friendly. The ships are looking a bit tired now, some of the seats are worn out but for the prices the trip is very good value.
