If you have not received a confirmation email from us:
There could be 2 reasons for this.
1) The email address provided at time of booking was not correct.
2) Your internet service provider does not accept emails from directferries.com (though this is very unlikely).
Please call us on and we will be able to retrieve your booking and resend to you.
Q: Do I receive tickets for my ferry booking?
A: Directferries do not issue tickets. You will receive an email confirming your details moments after making a booking. You will need to take this booking confirmation with you to the ferry port and present it at the check in desk.

A: If you make a booking online, then you will receive your confirmation by email.
If you book by telephone then we can also fax this to you.

A: You will need to contact us as soon as possible so that these details can be amended. Please note, if the incorrect details include dates/times or onboard accommodation/seating then you may incur additional costs.

Q: What happens if I book a day trip and don't return?
A: As stated in the terms and conditions agreed by yourself at time of booking, Day Trips are offered at a special rate on condition that both outward and return journeys are made on the same day, latest return by the last sailing before midnight on day of travel. Directferries reserves the right to charge the debit/credit card user for the appropriate fare, without further reference where these conditions are not adhered to.
