Facilities on board are limited however a toilet, a spacious sun-deck are available, as well as bottled water and sweets which are provided free of charge. Morning coffee or tea is included in the ticket for passengers travelling from Serangan Harbour.
The company also offers hotel pick up and drop offs with their vans to/from Serangan and Padang Bai in Bali making it even easier to travel to Lombok and Gili Islands. Transfers are available on request and need to be booked in advance.

Pour un voyage en sécurité et dans de bonnes conditions nous avons choisi la compagnie de transport Bluewater Express et nous n’avons pas été déçu. Privilégier les départs tôt le matin afin d’éviter les vagues trop nombreuses l’après-midi. Nous avons voyagé de Bali à Gili Air puis de Gili Air à Bali, les bateaux étaient à l’heure et n’ont effectué qu’un seul arrêt contrairement à d’autres compagnies qui allongent beaucoup le temps de trajet.

We recently travelled on the ferry from serangan to gili t and we could not believe how well we were treated. Firstly, we got picked up from our hotel for free, we then sat in a cute cafe at the ferry depot whilst we waited for others to arrive ( sickness tablets were handed out during this time). We then were escorted to the boat which was emaculate and were given mints and a safety demonstration. The trip was smooth and totally worth the money. Also note that the service was the same on the way back and we were taken all the way to ubud free of charge!

I travelled with this company for my return from Gili Air to Serangan. Excellent service: they took our luggage from the island which do not have a real harbour and even at Serangan. The fast boat brand new with 5 turbos went very fast. I had a bottle of water and stayed on the roof top and enjoyed the sun, the sea and the wind and the view. The ship was on time !!! perfectly on time!!!! Then at my big surprise at Serangan they brought me to my hotel. So nothing to say just that I recommend it and if go back to Gili I for sure use them.
